Soccer Club is open to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and coached by Alex Rice and Nicole Vacarella! There are 2 opportunities for people to play. Physicals and insurance are required for both opportunities and should be uploaded to dragonfly. Fall season (mid/late October-December) runs as an intramural season, and Spring season (Late January/Early February-April) is competitive against other middle schools in Forsyth County! For information on how the season specifically runs, please reach out to Coach Rice!

VEX Robotics is a thriving program in Forsyth County, giving students the opportunity to design, build, and compete while being recognized at our locally hosted conference. Our program emphasizes true student ownership. Students develop their own ideas, problem-solve independently, and gain valuable skills in creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking — preparing them to become confident, well-rounded leaders.

NFMS Wildcat DECA is a fun club where students explore marketing, business, and entrepreneurship in a hands-on way. Members get to work on creative projects, compete in events, and build skills like teamwork, leadership, and communication. It’s a great way to try out business ideas, meet new people, and get a head start on future careers!

The NFMS Student Council is a service club that motivates students who are interested in serving their school and community through the political process.  Students work on several community service projects through out the year including the North Forsyth HOCO parade, NOFO Trunk or Treat, Winter Community Service Project, Valentine’s Dance and Teacher Appreciation Gifts. The Student Council takes a field trip each year to visit different branches of government at the state and local level, such as the FC Courthouse and Clerk of Courts, The Georgia State Capitol Building and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Esports, short for electronic sports, is a form of competition using video games.  Esports often takes the form of organized, multiplayer video game competitions, particularly between professional players, played individually or as teams.  We compete in Marvel Rivals, Mario Cart, Super Smash Bros, Brawl Halla, and Chess.

Jr. Beta Club is a national academic honor organization for middle school students that recognizes achievement, leadership, character, and service. Members maintain strong grades while participating in service projects and leadership opportunities that positively impact their school and community. It encourages students to grow not only academically, but also as responsible and involved citizens.

The NFMS drama department does a musical every spring. Auditions are typically in October and are open to all grade levels.

The National FFA Organization, founded in 1928, is a dynamic, student-led group that brings agricultural education to life and now serves over one million members nationwide. Through our chapter FFA connects students with hands-on experiences, leadership opportunities, and the agriculture industry. Members build confidence, make lasting friendships, and explore exciting career paths both in and beyond agriculture. FFA is all about growing leaders, discovering passions, and shaping the future of agriculture one student at a time.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes-FCA- is a group of students who meet before school to worship and hear the Word of God and how it applies to their life. FCA at North Forsyth Middle School meets once a month, on a Friday before school in the Media Center at 8:10. We invite everyone to join us for donuts, juice, and encouragement monthly! We also have a leadership team! If you are interested in helping us lead FCA at NFMS applications are completed in August of every school year!
