Borrowing Books

 

•   Students may check out 2 books at a time.

•   Books are due in 2 weeks.

•   Students may renew a book if more time is needed.

 

 

Borrowing Technology

There are a limited number of calculators and chromebooks available for student check out.  Students should visit the library before the 9am bell to secure these materials.  They will return in the Rotunda during dismissal.  

Overdue or Lost Materials

Students whose accounts show overdue or lost materials may not check out anything until the account is reconciled either by returning the overdue materials or paying for the lost item(s).  A full refund will be given if an item is returned within 30 days after it has been paid for.  Overdue notices are sent via email and paper copies will be distributed during Pride. 

Digital Citizenship Program 

North Forsyth Middle School, in conjunction with Forsyth County schools, utilizes the Neptune Navigate program to meet the requirements of SB 351.   The bill mandates that responsible digital citizenship and the safe, appropriate use of technology, the internet and social media be included in a comprehensive character education program.
